Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the return process.

  Pack Your Appliance

  Carefully place the item in its original box, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective packaging are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
